Care Guide
A short guide to living with your piece — how to wear it, clean it, and keep it, for as long as you have it.
- Put your piece on last — after perfume, lotion, and hairspray have dried
- Take it off first, before the shower, the pool, the gym, or bed
- Keep it away from chlorine, saltwater, and household cleaners
- Store each piece separately, away from other metal
- Keep out of direct sunlight and humidity
- Lay chains flat rather than hanging
If your piece was made for a new or healing piercing, treat it gently while the skin settles in.
Earlobes typically heal in 6–8 weeks; cartilage, nose, and other piercings can take 3–6 months. Let comfort be the guide, not the calendar.
- Clean twice a day with a saline solution
- Wash your hands before touching the piercing
- Leave the jewelry in until fully healed
- Avoid twisting or rotating the piece
If you notice ongoing redness, swelling, or discharge, remove the jewelry and check in with your piercer or a physician.
Every piece is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects — issues in workmanship, stone setting, or plating that show up under normal wear.
- General wear or tarnish over time
- Damage from impact, chemicals, or misuse
- Loss, or pieces altered outside the atelier
