This spring, we introduced something entirely new to Whxte.
Inspired by a year filled with color, travel, and a growing appreciation for maximalism, we set out to create a collection that felt joyful, expressive, and beautiful at an approachable price point.
In February, we traveled to the Tucson Gem Show, where we sourced stones from some of the finest semi-precious gemstone dealers in the world. As we walked booth after booth, we found ourselves continually drawn to colors and textures that reminded us of the Mediterranean coast—from the whitewashed villages of Greece to the glamorous shores of Italy and the ancient beauty of Egypt.
The result is a collection of natural gemstone bead necklaces designed to be worn, layered, collected, and styled in your own way.
Here's how we're wearing them this summer.
Amazonite: The Statement Maker

Our largest bead in the collection is a showstopper for a reason.
The soft blue-green color immediately evokes crystal-clear Mediterranean waters and feels effortlessly luxurious. Amazonite is bold enough to stand on its own, making it one of our favorite pieces for summer travel.
We love wearing one or two strands with a simple white t-shirt, a Whxte dress, or a crisp linen sundress and letting the beads do all the talking.
In our minds, this necklace belongs on a yacht somewhere off the coast of Greece, paired with sun-kissed skin, oversized sunglasses, and a white swimsuit.
For an elevated look, add a charm at the center to create a focal point and make the piece uniquely yours.
These necklaces feel playful, confident, and unapologetically bold.
Jet: Modern and Minimal

If Amazonite is the statement maker, Jet is the cool girl.
There's something incredibly sleek about black beads. They instantly modernize an outfit and create a strong point of visual interest without feeling overdone.
We love Jet styled with a simple tank, tailored slacks, or a silk skirt. The contrast between the polished black stone and clean wardrobe staples feels sophisticated and effortless.
Looking ahead, we're especially excited to pair Jet with a long leather cord and a dramatic seashell pendant—a styling combination that feels equal parts modern, coastal, and editorial.
Tiger's Eye: The Unexpected Neutral

Tiger's Eye may be the most versatile stone in the collection.
The rich golden-brown tones work beautifully with blues, blacks, creams, whites, and even soft yellows. It's one of those rare pieces that somehow complements nearly everything in your wardrobe.
One of our favorite pairings is the Tiger's Eye necklace styled with our Blue Tourmaline Charm and Brown Tourmaline Ring.
The combination of warm browns and vivid blues feels distinctly mid-century modern—elegant, artistic, and effortlessly cool.
If there is one necklace you'll reach for over and over again, this might be it.
Carnelian: A Summer Pop of Color

Carnelian brings energy to the collection.
Its rich orange-red hue feels warm, vibrant, and alive—like a Mediterranean sunset.
We especially love pairing Carnelian with shades of brown, black and white. The contrast feels unexpected and incredibly sophisticated.
For summer, style it with a chocolate brown swimsuit during the day and transition effortlessly into evening by layering it with a silk brown blouse.
The result is bold yet refined, making it one of our favorite styling combinations of the season.
Lapis Lazuli: The Mediterranean Blue

Lapis Lazuli is having a major moment—and for good reason.
One of the most treasured gemstones throughout history, Lapis has been worn and revered for thousands of years by royalty, artists, and collectors around the world. Its deep royal blue color feels both timeless and incredibly fresh for summer.
We love pairing Lapis with yellow gold, where the rich blue creates a striking contrast, but it is equally beautiful against white gold for a cooler, more modern look.
Beyond its beauty, Lapis has long been associated with wisdom, truth, intuition, and protection, making it a stone many people feel deeply connected to.
When styling Lapis, don't be afraid of color. This is a necklace that shines when paired with vibrant summer wardrobes—think bright blues, burnt oranges, crisp whites, sun-faded linens, and colorful vacation pieces.
Whether you're exploring a coastal town in Italy, dining seaside in Greece, or simply bringing a little Mediterranean energy to your everyday wardrobe, Lapis is that unexpected touch of wow that pulls the entire look together.
Bold yet wearable, it may be one of our favorite stones in the collection this season.
Malachite: The Crown Jewel

Last but certainly not least, Malachite.
I truly fell in love with Malachite last year.
There is something almost hypnotic about its natural banding. Every stone feels like a work of art, with layers of green that seem to shift and move as the light changes.
Malachite has long been associated with royalty, protection, and transformation, and it carries a presence unlike any other stone in the collection.
It is bold. It is dramatic. It is unforgettable.
When styling Malachite, our advice is simple: let the stone do the work.
Pair it with black silk, a simple slip dress, or an oversized black blazer. The contrast allows the richness of the stone to take center stage.
Few pieces make a statement quite like Malachite.
Jewelry That Tells a Story
More than anything, we designed this collection to feel fun.
We wanted pieces that could be worn on vacation, layered with your favorite charms, thrown on with a white t-shirt, or dressed up for a summer evening out.
Natural gemstones have a way of connecting us to places, memories, and experiences. Every stone in this collection reminds us of the Mediterranean coast, of travel, of color, and of living beautifully.
We hope these pieces inspire you to style boldly, travel often, and embrace a little more color this summer.
